1. Data protection The transmission of data via the internet (e.g., by email) may inhibit security vulnerabilities. As for anybody else it is impossible for us to safeguard the data completely against access by a third party. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as result of such vulnerabilities. Any personal data received, used, handled or stored by us do exclusively serve to perform the correspondence, the processing and the delivery of your order. They will never be forwarded to any third party by us except for the shipping purpose and revenue obligations on our side. All personal data on our servers will be deleted the very moment the delivery has been finally accepted by you. If you wish or want to agree to the use or forwarding of personal data for purposes other than the above described to any third party you will have to give your written consent which you can revoke by writing to us at any time. Visiting our website can result in the storage of data such as date, time, ip-address on our servers but is not forwarded for analysis or statistics by us or any third party. We contradict any use of our contact details for any purpose such as advertising and reserve the right to take legal steps against the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g. by means of spam mail.

2. Order Process
After having received your request you will be sent a reconfirmation by email. This constitutes a contract between you as the customer and us the deliverer. After your payment is credited on our account we immediately will sent the item ordered by you to the delivery address given by you. After you have finally acknowledged receipt of delivery the purchase is completed and all parts of the contract are fullfilled. Then your order file will be purged from our servers.

3. Payment + Options
All our prices include applicable tax (VAT in EU). Generally we do only accept payment-in-advance or through the worldwide system of PAYPAL. Please create or use your existing PAYPAL account. Together with the reconfirmation of your order we send you a bill ( invoice ) with the price of your chosen item, tax if applicable, shipping fee and extra charges if the same are agreed between you and us. After the bill has been posted to you a reservation period of 14 days will start in which the ordered item is reserved solely for you. If your payment is not credited into our account within 14 days and we have no notice of you  this reservation expires automatically and we are in no obligation to deliver the item.

4. Packaging, Shipment + Fees
We send the item in a packaging that was made regarding the valuable and delicate nature of graphic art of this particular kind. Our packaging carries a "Handle With Care", is recognisable as sent by us (primemodernart.com) and the content is insured through the shipping company. Currently we only ship with DHL worldwide. Together with your order confirmation we send you a Tracking ID so that you can follow the delivery online with the DHL website. (http://www.dhl.de)
Generally the delivery status is viewable from the day following the date when the package is sent out, and in case of international shipping you can only track the delivery until it reaches the country of destination. Please note that customs duties might result from shipping to a Non EU country. Customs duties are not included in our invoice and must be paid by you. In the unlikely case of a delivery with package damaged on arrival you are obliged to return it immediately to the shipping company which has to redeliver it to us.

5. Revocation + Refund
If you feel not happy with your new piece of art we grant you the right to revoke your purchase within 30 days after you have acknowledged receipt of sound delivery. But we accept the return only if the item is sent back in its original package and was not modified or damaged after arrival at the address given by you. In case of such revocation or because of the item being damaged on arrival at yours we will refund the purchase price but not the delivery costs and transaction fees for refunding. Our refunds will only be redirected to the account number they were originally paid from.
